How do I get my uniform?
You can order your uniform from two different outlets:

1. Scout Shop 
2. SG Trading Post

If your family has a financial hardship, let one of the Sea Scout adults know.
​We can help you get a uniform if you have trouble with the price. 

What Uniform items do I buy from the scout shop?
What Uniform items do I buy from the Ship (from Mrs. Kolke)?
  • Shirt
  • Pants* (or purchase from a local retailer) 
  • Belt

  • Badges and patches
  • SSS Propeller T-shirt
  • ​SSS Propeller hoodie
CAN WE TRY ON UNIORMS?
We do have an assortment of shirts on hand to try on.  Check with Mrs. Kolke.

*Pants?  You may wish to purchase pants from a Work and More store - or other Dickies supplier - that way you can try them on. 

Shoes/Boots?  Black shoes or soft soled work boots are recommended. Something like the type pictured here:

Optional Uniform Items
Yes, you are welcome to buy optional items with Sea Scout the logo on them from the scout shop such as sweatshirts, fleece vests, polo shirts, jackets, shorts, and coats. They can be worn whenever the standard uniform is required or prescribed as the uniform of the day.
Other items?
You may want a few other items for trips aboard the boat. 
​Somethings to consider include:
  • Sleeping bag and pillow
  • Rain boots
  • Raingear
  • Pocket Knife
  • Small flashlight
  • Hygiene items/toiletries
  • Soft sided bag (gym bag)
